LTS has been sourcing products primarily from the Pacific Rim since our inception. We provide OEM companies with a variety of parts, LEDs, Stampings, Castings, Plastic Injection, Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), Solenoids, Transformers as well as complete finished products. In addition, we also offer assembly, inspection, and testing at our location in the USA and at our Thailand and China facilities. Our engineering and quality control teams help assure the quality of product we provide to our customers.

PROTOTYPING

LTS provides in-house prototyping capabilities to help customers validate design and functionality early in the development process. Our facility is equipped with CNC machining, laser cutting, wire stripping and termination, and other specialized tools to support a wide range of prototype builds.

We use prototype-tracking software to manage the complex interactions involved in early-stage development, allowing our engineers to focus on refinement and performance. For projects requiring PCB assembly or higher volumes, we leverage our production facilities in China and Thailand to ensure cost-effective and scalable builds.

Our team works closely with customers to define component requirements, size and configure board layouts, test and optimize power systems, and prepare designs for production. Whether integrating into existing systems or developing new products, we support every step of the prototyping process.
